Where do the products come from?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our selection only includes official products imported from South Korea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why isn\u2019t my favorite group listed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve just started, so our selection is still limited. We\u2019re working hard to expand our range as soon as possible \u2014 your favorite group might be added soon!\nYou can also email us to ask whether we can order specific products of your favorite group directly from South Korea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is a pre-order and how does it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A pre-order means that you purchase K-pop albums or merchandise before their official release. K-pop labels (such as HYBE, SM, JYP, YG, etc.) often announce new albums or products weeks in advance. Fans can pre-order these items to make sure they get a copy, as products sometimes sell out even before the release date. Pre-orders usually include exclusive extras that won\u2019t be available later, such as photocards and posters. They often count for Hanteo, Gaon (Circle) or Billboard charts, which are important for the group\u2019s sales figures and awards.
You can also place pre-orders through our website. We pre-order these items from South Korea, and they are shipped to us after the release date. Once we receive them, we will send them to you.\nPlease note that this process may take several weeks or months, depending on the release and shipping dates, so make sure to check both carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which payment methods can I use?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We accept several payment options, including iDeal, credit card, Bancontact, Klarna and the KBC\/CBC Payment Button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if I want to order a pre-order product, but also a product that is in stock?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you order a pre-order product and a product that is in stock, all products will be shipped after the pre-order product is received by us, so that everything can be shipped in one go. If you would prefer to receive the product that is in stock earlier, it is best to place an order twice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Something is missing from my sealed order, what can I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, it may happen that something is missing from the sealed order. We receive the products from South Korea sealed and we do not check whether everything is included. If something is missing, please send an email to support@kpopwebshop.nl. If we have the missing part, we will send it to you. If we don't have the missing part, we will look for a solution together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
